User Eligibility

Age and Legal Capacity:

• All users must be at least 18 years of age or meet the legal age requirement in their respective country to participate in any of FutureElite’s trading programs or use any of its platforms.

Legal Compliance:

• Users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. They are solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes resulting from their trading activities on FutureElite’s platform.

• Users affirm that their participation in FutureElite’s trading programs does not violate any laws in their jurisdiction, including restrictions concerning online trading or gaming.

Account Integrity

Confidentiality:

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including their password, and for all activities that occur under their account.

• Users agree to notify FutureElite immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any other security breaches.

Accuracy of Information:

• Users affirm that the information provided to FutureElite during the registration process and afterward is accurate and true. Any false representation, including providing a fake or unauthorized name, is a violation of these terms of service.

• Users agree to update their account information promptly to ensure it remains current, complete, and accurate.

Single Account Policy:

Users are generally limited to creating a single account on FutureElite’s platform. Creating multiple accounts may lead to termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated profits.

Professional Conduct:

Users agree to act professionally and respectfully when interacting with FutureElite’s platforms, staff, and other users. FutureElite reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unethical behavior.

Risk Acknowledgment:

Users acknowledge that trading involves significant risk and that they may lose all funds deposited with FutureElite. All trades conducted on FutureElite’s platform are at users’ own risk, and FutureElite will not be held liable for any losses incurred.

Use of Platform:

Users agree to use FutureElite’s platform lawfully, without infringing upon others’ rights or restricting their enjoyment of the platform.

Restricted Countries:

• FutureElite does not provide services to users residing in the following countries: Afghanistan, Cuba, Mauritius, Somalia, Ethiopia, Ghana, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Trinidad and Tobago, Iraq, Kosovo, Libya, Russia, China, and Côte d’Ivoire.

Participation in Programs:

Users understand that participating in FutureElite’s trading programs does not constitute an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where FutureElite is not authorized to do business or where such participation would violate local laws.

Technology Usage:

Users agree not to upload, distribute, or transmit harmful software, including viruses, or otherwise impair FutureElite’s platform or any connected networks.

Intellectual Property:

Users acknowledge that FutureElite holds all legal rights, title, and interest in its platform, including intellectual property rights, whether registered or not, and wherever they may exist globally.

Communication:

Users consent to receive electronic communications from FutureElite and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy legal requirements for written communications.

Subscription and Payment Details

Subscription Services:

FutureElite offers various subscription services, including access to trading platforms, educational resources, and other specified features. Subscriptions are available on a recurring basis, typically for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Automatic Renewal:

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period, and users are automatically billed for the next period. Renewal dates can be checked in the user’s account settings.

Payment Methods:

Users agree to pay all fees associated with using FutureElite’s services via accepted payment methods. By subscribing, users authorize FutureElite to charge their provided payment methods for subscription fees.

Payment Obligations:

Users are responsible for all charges incurred under their account. If payment is not received from the provided method, users agree to pay the outstanding balance upon demand by FutureElite.

Subscription Modifications:

Users can modify their subscription settings through their account settings or by contacting FutureElite support. Changes to subscriptions are subject to the terms and pricing of the new plan.

Price Changes:

FutureElite reserves the right to adjust pricing at its discretion. Users will be notified of any price changes via email before they take effect.

Billing Information:

Users agree to maintain accurate billing information on their account and promptly update it when necessary. FutureElite is not responsible for charges or expenses resulting from billing errors.

Refunds and Credits:

Refunds and credits are subject to the Refund Policy outlined in these terms.

Cancellation of Subscription:

Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings or by contacting FutureElite support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period, and access to services will continue until then.

Suspension and Termination:

FutureElite reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for late payments or breaches of these terms. Suspended accounts may require payment of overdue fees to regain access.

Promotions and Discounts:

FutureElite may offer promotional discounts at its discretion, with terms outlined at the time of the offer.

Financial Responsibility:

Users are responsible for all costs related to using FutureElite’s services, including any taxes or purchases made through their accounts.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds are available only to traders who have not engaged in trading activities.

Refund Request Procedure:

Refunds must be requested by email to support@futureelite.com within 14 days of account purchase.

Refund Amount and Fees:

Refunds will be issued for the paid amount, minus a $75.00 USD fee to cover non-recoverable technology and market data fees.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

Accounts used for trading are ineligible for refunds.

Termination by FutureElite:

In cases of contract breaches, FutureElite may terminate accounts, forfeiting funds and balances.

User Conduct and Use of Service

Ethical Trading:

Traders must engage in ethical trading practices, avoiding strategies that exploit the platform. Violations of trading guidelines may result in account termination.

Respectful Interaction:

Traders are expected to interact respectfully with FutureElite’s staff and others.

Content and Data Usage

Data Accuracy:

Traders are responsible for maintaining accurate information and reporting discrepancies.

Intellectual Property:

Traders may not use FutureElite’s content without permission.

Termination of Service

FutureElite reserves the right to terminate service for violations of these terms.

Dispute Resolution

FutureElite and users agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration.

FutureElite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses from trading.
